After that I'd definitely say Clifton McNeely 1st draft pick in the history of the NBA(well then it was known as the BAA) but never played a single game. As mentioned before LaRue Martin should be up there. Joe Smith never panned out and the 95 draft was stacked.

And yeah Kwame Brown hasn't produced like a 1st rounder. But he wasn't hyped as much as the Kandiman. And the 98 draft was loaded the Clippers could've got one of the 6 All-Stars that came from that class instead.
