  1. i dont think tank abbott ever retired i know he tried to make a come back in the ufc but Frank Mir put a stop to that real fast  then he thought he could just out brawl Kimbo but that didnt happen either so i think he is long over due for retirement now and Royce never retired either yet

  2. ken shamrock

  3. Laugh:  Mike Tyson

    Cry:  Dan Severn

  4. I agree with the 1st poster.  Ken Shamrock is already a Hall of Fame inductee. He was a legend of the sport. Now, he's on a 5 fight losing streak, yet he's still asking for big-time money for his fights. He should just get the Frank vs. Ken fight over with and retire. Poor guy.

As for Royce.... I don't feel bad for him. He roided his butt off before fighting Hughes....Typical Gracie on steroids.

Abbott had a terrible MMA record way before he fought kimblow... he should know better than that.

  5. For me it's a bout  between 2 washed up fighters, the only catch is technically neither came out of retirement

Don Frye vs Gary Goodridge 3 at Pride Shockwave 2003

  6. He never retired but everytime I see some young gun smash Sakuraba's twisted and broken body into even smaller bits I die a little inside.

  7. Shamrock for the laughs, especially the KO he suffered against Buzz Berry at Cage Rage.

Hughes vs Gracie was blasphemy of how they marketed it.  I found it disrespectful on how they acted like Royce was fighting a "smaller" opponent for the first time.  Anyone with eyes or a brain knows that Hughes never walks around smaller than Royce.

Tank was never good to start with.

Couture is the man, but really should've finished out the contract he signed (only had one fight and could've fought Nogueira, a huge honor) and then he could've fought Fedor already instead of Tim lol.

I wanted to cry when Wanderlei killed Jardine, even though he was never done for.  He had just fought 3 of the best fighters in a row (crocop, at heavyweight, when will we see Chuck move up and take on some heavies like Wanderlei has?), then he lost to Hendo when he was supposedly in the hospital days before the fight sick (rumored to be strep throat I believe), and then only lost by decision to Liddell.

Nonetheless, it made me want to cry I was so happy because it shut up anyone who wrote him off out of their own stupidity.

Cry as in sad:  Shogun vs Forrest.  That's what happens when you take a fight when you needed knee surgery but opted to get it after the fight so you don't have to pull out.  With a hurt knee you can't train as hard, as well as can't come into shape because it limits your cardio training.  We all saw what happened there.
