  1. I think that maybe WC have the same attitude as the general public - that no one really does drugs or gets in trouble, sure there may be some bad seeds but the majority of people (and players) are hard working, decent citizens. The thought of them visiting a hooker and smoking a joint then getting faceless and falling out of a club at 4am is just ridiculous, and I haven't even mentioned some other forms of recreation such as cocaine or even the odd trannie to make things interesting.

When do you think people are going to realise what the world of professional sport is really like? Young men + s**+tloads of cash+ s**+tloads of spare time+ s**+tloads of adoration = nothing like what the "role model" image the public expect them to be.

Short answer is what you said, having your head in the sand, I stopped answering Ben Cousins questions last year when I realised how naive people are. But surely a football club knows what goes on???

  2. The Victorian dominated AFL is to blame for any demise of the Eagles.

They are required to travel every second week (at least); often with short breaks between games. This takes it's toll over time. The Eagles have been exceptional to achieve what they have.

The Vic teams get to travel far less & not only because there are more Vic teams than non-Vic. Some don't travel to WA once during a season. Look at Collingwood with four interstate games in a whole season.

But apart from that factor WCE with three premeirships in reasonably recent times far overshadow teams such as Carlton - a once high-flying; high-money spending; regular finals appearing team - are now an embarrassment to the league with their permanent cellar-dwelling position.

  3. Me, I'm sorry.

    :(

  4. Victoria is to blame.

    They are jealous.

  5. I blame climate change

    Western Australia are going through

    an Ice Age

  6. No-one that I can see.

Four games so far. I'd put money on that they will finish the season with more teams behind them than in front of them.

Carlton, now there is another story!

  7. Senior management for not being responsible enough to tackle the party culture they had in its early stages, they cant control an individuals actions but by not tackling it head on it escalated.

There medical staff they flogged Judd even when they knew his groin was gone even now he is still not 100% a lot of there other guns regularly play injured and eventually break down.

West Coast expect success and things aren't so good at the moment, but i wouldn't write em off just yet

  8. Father time has got to them and probably a few dealers too

  9. Just the average aussie back yard drug dealer or publican...

    or

The WC Guidance Councellor for not educating the players..

               DRUGS ARE BAD MMMM OKAAAYY

  10. They can only blame themselves for their self destruction.  They still have a few guns running around but apart from that they are "has beens".  They have had their day's of glory, now it's time for them to move over and let the up and coming teams through....

  11. Senior management and the CEO of AFL

    Also agree with lively

  12. Tampax.  The tampons they supplied them with are just too big. They must hurt, which is why they cant concentrate...They're a bunch of girls...on drugs!

  13. wa

  14. nobody in football - just a few low lifes outside it flogging drugs to players.

  15. I would say it was all the drug dealers who supplied them drugs.

  16. When ya lose players like Judd & Cousins its going to be hard

  17. John Elliott.

He wasn't satisfied with the total demolition of Carlton - so he then started on the Eagles.
