Who's worse off because of the Economy?

Just curious. but what state do you think is the worst off because of the economy right now? It appears that all of the states are struggling but some a little more so than others. I was wondering if anyone had any insight.

The way I see it, we have all been traveling 70 or  80 ( over spending) in a 55 zone, we got used to and now that we have to go back to 55, we think we are in a recession.
