If you want a very vintage feel , and complete customization . . . http://www.whirlingturban.com/index.htm.  I love them and own several other dresses of theirs.  I've commissioned them to do my wedding dress, other than whirling turban ,   My grandma!! she was a seamstress , made her own and her sister's wedding dresses  and my mothers and aunts!  beautiful gowns!!

Ok - apart from being biased I guess I don't really have one favourite designer - I just like the dresses.  If I had to choose I definately think pronovias has some gorgeous dresses...

I'm a bridal consultant, and while there's many whose lines I really enjoy, if I had to name my absolute favorite it would have to be Anne Barge.  Of course, my grandmother worked in her Atlanta store before she had her line out nationally, and Anne did MY wedding dress over 20 years ago.  So I'm probably a bit biased...LOL  And, my grandmother is why I'm now a bridal consultant, because she was one for years as well.
