I think Victor Hedman will go #1. It really depends on what team has the pick.

Tavares is by far the most hyped player in next years draft.  He is already being labeled as a franchise pick and I don't see anyone else getting picked before him.  There are plenty of other guys, but he is by far the clear #1 choice.

Victor Hedman, will be a prime competitor, to steal Tavares's status, there is also Memorial Cup winner Jared Cowan to think of. Plus there is also one player who might sneak up the rankings, and possibly steal the First Overall status, from all of these players, and that would be Brayden Scheen, of the Brandon Wheat Kings.
