I'm thinking it's Simon Jones but he has now played for 2 English counties (Glamorgan & Worcestershire).

ah a little tricky this one, but Will got it i would say, Simon Jones, i dunno if i would say a master of reverse swing, but he sure as well is good at it, good enough to completely stuff us in 2005 (i dont care what anyone says about how well Flintoff did with the ball, Jones was englands best bowler in the 2005 ashes! and has been sorely missed ever since and i believe he is (when fit) on of the most underrated paceman in the world!

but where it gets tricky is when you say he has played for his country as well as england and an english county, as Jones is from wales i presume you are counting Glamorgan as representing wales (mainly cos i dont think wales has a national side) and now playing for english county side Worcester and having played for england
