Question:

Who Are You Voting For And Why?

When it all comes down to it, who are you going to put your vote on, and why?

Who will you vote for? Why will you vote for them.

No bad mouthing the candidates, as I am on a neutral side not picking which candidate yet. I want hard clear details. Why should McCain be in the oval office and not Obama? Why should Obama be in the oval office and not McCain?

I want to hear the issues that divide the two parties, and the issues discussed and changed up to this point and which candidate "deserves to win" and which candidate is expected to win and why.

Thanks ahead of time, and I hope to hear great responses to help me with my own vote. :)

  1. Hey, I'm 15 and can't vote, but I hope u dont mind if i put my opinion down.

If I were to vote, it would be a tough decision. I'm a Republican but I have to admit there are certain things about Obama that are very likeable. He's a good guy who wants the best for this country. The one thing that would make me a little worried to vote for him is that I'm not sure if he's really ready to be the next president of the united states. Sure, he's great with his speeches and talking to the American people but how will he deal with the tough everyday tasks of being President? I'm not sure we're ready for him to be President yet. Maybe the next election if he decides to run. By then, he should have more experience under his belt.

On the other hand, I like McCain too. His VP choice was shocking at the beginning, but I have grown to like Sarah Palin. I like her attitude of being aggressive and ultimately making our country a better place. I, personally, would've liked if McCain had picked Mitt Romney to be his VP. But since we have to take what we're given, I like Sarah Palin and her views.

I'm very interested to see how things play out.

  2. I will vote for Obama/Biden 08! I haven't forgotten the last 8 years we lived through with Bush and McCain wouldn't be any different. I want real change, not just talk. and if Obama is elected atleast there is something to look forward to instead of the same thing all over again. I don't get why people are so foolish and blind. atleast when a democrat was in office, gas prices weren't sky high.
