Who Baseball fan question Kissing woman?

I remember back in the 70's or 80's a big chested woman who use to run out on the field and kiss baseball players. What was her name ? and is she still alive?

Baseball denies it, but they let it happen.  She was able to "sneak" onto the field to ambush the players.  Really?  She kind of stood out from the crowd, I am sure that guards and ushers would have noticed her and could have prevented it if they wanted to.
