Laurent... and Bella according to Rosalie because she jumped off a cliff (recreational sports, don't worry lol) and Jacob pulled her out. Alice saw Bella jump, but because her sight it blinded when it comes to warewolves, she "lost" Bella and assumed she was dead, and told Rosalie.

Laurent wanted to kill Bella because he was hunting when he stumbled upon her in the meadow, and the warewolves caught up with him before he could drink Bella's blood and that's about it...
