Officially it's Warren Buffet. But this doesn't mean there is nobody richer. There are some EXTREMELY rich bankers out there that can hide their money. Just look for these names online

Warburg, Rothschild, Rockefeller.......

These bankers own parts of the Federal Reserve (a private bank) and many others.

In comparison to these bankers, Warren Buffet is a penny. It's rumored that the Rothschilds have several trillions under their controll. Just go to google.com/video and type in "evil bankers". There should be a short 5 minute video telling you a little about it. The Rotsch... family even admits on their webpage that they can teach you how to hide money (in the video)
