Did you expect a lot of people to agree? I only know one person out of tons of people I know from the US who hated the movie. I've seen it three times! There's just something about it that's..different than other superhero movies! And the cool thing is,where I'm from, people find super heroes nerdy. Well, everyone's seen The Dark Knight and LOVED IT! At some points, I felt like I was right in Gotham City, somehow entertained by the Joker causing havoc. :] The best part is, I felt right there when Rachaell died. I didn't like her. =\

no i loved it. even if you don't like those type of movies Dark Knight has a very broad appeal as it has many different themes happening in it. The acting is superb if not totally scary and frightening in how good it is. The writing was excellent and the cinematography was great and the art direction was astounding. It's worth a watch even if you don't like these types of movies because i can nearly guarantee an enjoyable time. The opening alone draws you in to well lol.

dumbass, i didnt even really realize who heath was until AFTER the movie, and i already loved it.

i had seen heath in a bunch of stuff but with all the make up on and the new voice, it jsut didnt click in my head :D

Vimesfan01, the hype was because THE DARK KNIGHT re-wrote the rule book when it comes to comic book movies. It plays more like a crime thriller, think 'heat' with bat-wings and you're nearly there.

Awesome film, seen it three times already.

there really isnt anything you could entirely hate about it. besides the hype. the acting was great, the theme was on, it was the best superhero movie made to date, tho not the best movie.

I don't HATE it.  But I am indifferent to it.

I have no interest in Batman at all.  The movie looks pretty much like any other action flick.  Don't see what the hype is about.  Just cause Heath Ledger died?

Well I don't hate it..but I didn't love it either.

I don't really like superhero action type movies except Spider Man. I'm more of a chick flick/comedy/drama type girl.

The best part about the movie for me was the Joker. Thats the only reason I went to go see it was because of Heath Ledger.

He did an amazing job, acting was phenomenal. He made me laugh a lot too.

I still didn't love it though. It just wasn't my thing. I give it a 6/10.

Thumbs me down I don't care! Just because my opinion isn't the same as yours doesn't mean you should.
