I dont think its to jacob because forever is kinda edward and bellas thing, maybe its right before she changes into a vampire or she goes on her honeymoon. She says every nerve ending in my body was a live wire, so it sounds like its edward because she gets all excited and stuff around him.

i think it's Jacob..because she already knew she loved edward in the first 3 series, she was sure of it. but in this quote she says "i was abruptly overwhelmed by the truth of my own words." its obviously Jacob. Also she says he's holding her against him, isnt that what Jacob did? (hold her really tightly)

i love both Jacob and Edward, but this would be cute if it were for Jacob :)

They are holding one another, madly in love, and they are now realizing it. If this is the story I think it is, Bella is Talking to Edward. If is a different story, I don't know who she is talking to.

They are both agreeing that they are in love, and by the looks of it, a very deep love.
