Luigi is so much better.

He is just all around cooler.

He is taller, and he can jump higher. His fireballs are green and they defy gravity.

His final smash in Brawl is also superior to Mario's.

Furthermore, he saved Mario's life all by himself although Proffy E. Gadd helped a little.

Luigi can run faster and jump higher (as displayed by Mario Galaxy) although he can't stop very efficiently.
