I really wanna know all about the person who created gpvmk.com. Please help me guys!

GPVMK was created GPDOT a vmk character just like everybody in who love and hang out in vmk

he created gpvmk.com just for a memory for players to remember. he really can't make it in to the game bc he says its againts the law of copy right???
