Question:

Who Produce Miniature Fans Made of Metal?

Does anyone know of a company that produces extremely small fans made of iron or some other heat resistant metal? It preferably needs to be small enough to fit into a 3/8 pipe.

I do not believe there are propeller fans made that small, commercially, nor motors to drive them unless you find a tiny DC motor made for a toy. For such an in-line assembly to fit inside a 3/8" pipe (0.493" ID), the motor will have to be considerably smaller than the pipe ID for there to be space for the air or gas to pass by. It is more likely to find a tiny motor if you increase the pipe size at the fan and then reduce it back.

Also the motor will be exposed to that high heat and may need special windings.

The next problem is to locate a tiny, metal fan blade. Small fans and small pumps are notoriously difficult to locate and I have never seen anything that tiny of any style in the commercial / industrial market. If there is something like that indeed, I would expect it would be even more difficult to locate and would be quite expensive to purchase, even if it was available for public sale.

If the fan may be mounted outside the pipe so that the 3/8 pipe connectes to a very small  centrifugal fan suction and then again to the discharge (at right angle), there is a slightly better chance of finding something.

You may want to consider a device other than a fan. If you are pulling the hot air or gas out, possibly a small eductor powered by compressed air may work.
