i do not like de la hoya for sh** but mayweather ran...i thought you were supposed to convincingly defeat the champ and even mayweathers father said he lost...de la hoya was aggressive and scored more points

mayweather won i thaught it was 7 to 5. if oscar would of kept throwing that jab that was working it might have been a different story

i think if you watch it again you would realise mayweather won.i feel it was only relatively close because it was fought at light-middlewieght.i think it was too big for mayweather and he looked physically smaller

I'm an Oscar De La Hoya fan, but I know that Oscar lost. He stopped using his jab, and that caused him the fight. What bothers me is that people say that Mayweather jr. "destroyed" Oscar. It was a fairly close fight, hopefully Mayweather will go toe to toe against Oscar De La Hoya in the rematch, so he gets his A*S*S ko'd. Mayweather made the first fight boring, so the rematch wont sale as much. Floyd ruined the rematch big time.

mayweather won easily it wasnt even close. those who think otherwise dont know boxing. i know opinions can vary but not in this case mayweather clearly won CLEARLY.

mayweather won. no there is no conspiracy. de la hoya is past his prime and is no longer the great boxer he once was. only reason he still is considreed so is b/c he's got lots of cash.

Mayweather won. Im big fan of oscar but when i was watching the fight live on pay per view i thought de la hoya won, but when i watched it over on ON DEmand I realized that i was wrong. He stopped using the jab. He was gettin tired and at the later rounds mayweather just out worked him
