  1. I believe that you may have intended to inquire about the line, "Here come de' judge!" (aka "Here comes the Judge!").

The catch phrase was originally made famous by comedian Pigmeat Markham; however, it gained national popularity when it was used regularly on "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In," a sketch comedy television program which ran for 140 episodes from January 22, 1968 to May 14, 1973.

On that show, it was frequently used by guest stars Flip Wilson and Sammy Davis Jr.  To see Sammy Davis Jr. using catch phrase on the television show, please see:

Additionally, Frederick "Shorty" Long had a hit record in July of 1969 titled "Here Comes the Judge."

  2. the lawyer!

  3. I don't know, but it reminds me of a poem by Lews Carrol.

    Fury said to a mouse

That he met in the house

Let us both go to Law

    I will prosecute you.

    Such a trial, dear sir

Said the mouse to the cur

    With no jury or judge

    Would be wasting our breath.

I'll be judge, I'll be jury

    Said cunning old Fury

    I'll try the whole cause

    And condemn you to death.
