You guys are funny with your biased opinions.  Twins are a better all around team than the White Sox at this moment.  White Sox starters have been very inconsistent during the 2nd half of the season and losing Jenks to injury is killing them at the end of game lately.  The Griffey trade was way overrated.  This isn't the same Griffey that use to hit 50 HR's a year in his prime.  This Griffey has lost 3 steps is just a slightly better than average hitter today.  The main problem with the White Sox is offensively they rely on hitting HR's to win. That's fine during the summer at the Cell where the park is live and favor HR's but come October that will change.  Twins are one of the better some ball teams in the game for a long time.  Even Guillen has stated that he respects the way that the Twins play the game.  They continue to the most out of their players despite not having big "stars" on their team.  Key's to the Twins down the stretch are their consistent young starters and one of the best closers in the game.. Joe Nathan.  Also the emergence of Denard Span as the leadoff man.  This kid is quietly hitting the cover off of the ball with over a .300 AVG for most of his 1st season.  Stating all of this..I favor the Twins taking this by 3-4 games by seasons end.  White Sox are a poor road team which does not help their cause down the stretch as well.

Twins will choke when it comes to crunch time and the White Sox will do it.  I think the White Sox have better pitching overall, although they have hit a few speed bumps lately.  The Twins also have a tougher schedule coming up in the next several weeks.

Twin fans will say the Twins & White Sox fans will say the White Sox but I am a Yankee fan & they will probably miss the play offs for the first time since 1995 but I think the White Sox will the Central but think this will be a race between the two teams the rest of the season

Griffey makes you guys better? Really? He's batting .219 with no homers and 3 RBIs? Personally, I think it's going to be the Twins. They've been playing consistent baseball over the past couple weeks. The White Sox pitchers haven't been getting the job done overall since the All-Star break. Twins got Liriano back, and their offense is swinging the bats well. Sox got a decent lineup, but the lack of pitching, in my opinion, will give the division to the Twins.

The Twins will win it! The only team I'm worried about playing is the Angels, I'm keeping good faith though. We have an awesome team, our bullpen just needs to strengthen up!!!
