Baring key injuries, I have a feeling the Lakers will win it in 2009.

San Antonio seems to be on the way down, the Hornets and the Jazz are very good, but they have a few more battles to endure before becoming true contenders. Houston is a dark horse again with Yao coming back,  and no one in the east can beat Boston.

So, I can see this Celtics/Lakers matchup becoming more of a rivalry next year with a Laker win next year.
