Ali hands down in a massacre.  Kimbo can punch but he has no real skills.  Ali would hit, move, and hit again before Kimbo could even react.  It wouldn't last long.  It would be a miracle if Kimbo survived the first round.

Ali would fight on his terms, hit him at will, make him miss badly and have a general all around good time. Furthermore, even if Kimbo would get lucky and land, he's no Foreman, Liston, or Shavers--Ali would take his punch easily.  Ali knocks him out in whatever round he predicted.

Ali very easily. I also think Ali would win a street fight. One punch Ko even in a street fight. I watched Kimbo and I was not impressed. Powerful yeah, but skilled absolutely not. I would like to see him get in the cage with Brock Lessnar. Brock wins easily.

Ok here we go again with the Kimbo Slice mania.

Muhammad Ali.  One of the greatest of all the heavyweight champs in boxing history.  Possessed excellent hand and foot speed and gracefulness moving around the ring using a great jab and super fast reflexes.  3 time heavyweight champion of the world defeating such men as Joe Frazier, George Foreman, Sonny Liston, Jerry Quarry, Osacar Bonavena, Earnie Shavers, Floyd Patterson, Jimmy Ellis, George Chuvalo, Ernie Terrell, Cleveland Williams, Zora Folly, Ken Norton, Jimmy Young and more all either former champs or ranked contenders.

Kimbo Slice.  Youtubes creation.  Former prisoner and a big man with limited boxing ability.  Easy to hit.  Beat some fat s****. looking people in some gyms etc.

Summation:  Total mismatch!  Ali at his finest would have hit Slice at  will without being hit in return.  Slice's face would be beaten to a pulp with multiple cuts and swelling around each eye.  The referee would stop this fight by the 3rd round.
