Whichever person can get a Solar Power Party into Africa a Party which supports Solar Power affirdable Solar Power, gets the party voted in on all levels on an Anti-War platform. Were Solar Power provided to Middle East might help peace process.  Same in U.S.A. elsewhere . Actually an award for all humanity if they succeed. Just one person not enough.
