A: Nobody with a cricketing brain! (which Afridi doesn't possess either)

Afridi has bad manners as he will do something unethical on the pitch and later apologise. He is not a decent person. Personal character is lacking. Cricket is a gentleman's game and one has to be fair. Afridi doesn't understand this delicate position.

I feel that it is time they give captaincy to Md. Yousuf.

You might be right about malik but why afridi?? I don't know about his leading skills but he is not a consistent performer and rarely plays big knocks. A captain should be able to lead the team from front.

Though Shahid Afridi is a very good all-rounder for Pakistan, he will doesnot have the quality to be a Captain as he will not be able to carry the team members together due to his attitude and behaviour problems.

You can only beat what's put infornt of you !!! and 10 easy wins vs Bangladesh and Zimbabwe have done no harm to Malik's reputation as captain. Pakistan also reached the final of the T20 World Cup under Malik and won a game or 2 against India in the ODI's

So Malik's had a good start as captain of Pakistan, BUT even if the captaincy had to be changed, i wouldn't give it to Afridi. Afridi can barely keep his place in the test and ODI sides, also there are many better choices for captaincy than Afridi. Misbah-ul Haq has years of experience in first class cricket, so be would be who i would choose

actually talking about Afridi, he is a very good player but by making him thew captain, he will have responsibility on his shoulder and will have to curb him big hitting attitude

but Afridi is best in doing precisely that

his hits go a long way and captaincy will affect his game which will not be good for Pakistan cricket

well, give Malik some time, he will improve with experience
