Yes, he does deserve it.  Others who deserve it in my opinion are:

Randy Savage

Yokuzuma

Owen Hart

Miss Elisebeth

Jesee Ventura

And most importantly, Bruno Sanmartino.  How he cannot be in the hall is beyond me.  I know he and Vince don't see eye to eye but that never stopped Vince from putting Bret Hart in the Hall.  Bruno is one of the best wrestlers of all times and until he get's inducted, the HOF will not be legitimate in my opinion.

I see it happening in the next 3 years. If Bret Hart can be put in and Eddie Guerrerro is in then Pillman will have to be soon
