I think you can predict that but both have tough games that wont be easy tasks. I wouldnt be surprise if at least one of them dont make as champions eventhough they are favorites by now.

The chances of that happening are good, and it is realistic.  Especially for Ivanovic to make finals, although Jankovic stays in a match and brings out great stuff like a magician despite her facing trouble in a match or body problems.  The Serbian semifinal should be very close.  The Russian semifinal will be easier to determine who will win because Kuznetsova is more complete with attack than Safina.  The men's has a great chance for Nadal repeating the title, but there is still an opening welcome for Federer.  It's one of the situations where you can't base it on records, but what will be the outcome during the very match-up.  I'd like to see Federer win it because he deserves it so much, and Nadal will still win more French Opens anyway.  But there is still Djokovic who has made the 1-2-3 positions more and more tight.  The gap isn't that big anymore.  Federer, Nadal and Djokovic are in this level where they are hard to beat, execute superiorly and hardly miss compared to the rest.

I believe Rafa can win the French for the 4th time. Ana..hmm i guess it would be nice for her to win a title here since last year she made the final and was demolished by henin. Although something tells me Safina can win the tournament. Who knows :)

safina defeated sharapova, serena williams, justin henin, kuznetsova, dementieva... a lot of top players... so that experiences can help her to win this years RG...

I don't agree with you at all. I think Roger has a better chance of winning it if Novak can upset Nadal (which I am hoping for!), I think Roger deserves to win the slam more than Rafael, he's already won it 3x anyway...
