Who agrees with me on this plan?

If all illegal immigrants got deported, the people that wanted them out, that hate them, that don't believe the positive impact they have on this country should pay extra taxes to make up for the Billions of taxes and Billions in dollars not being pumped into the economy, and then they should be forced to work the jobs they left behind so the economy wouldn't suffer more then it is.

You couldn't make me work their jobs even if you did pay me more than you pay an undocumented immigrant, thank you. They can keep the job and - so long as their willing to pay a fine for coming into the US illegally - you can make them legal, too.

They do not have a positive impact.  They undercut the wage that American workers would work for to do the job they do.  They do not pump Billions of dollars into the economy, large amounts of what they earn are sent to their native land (Mexico's second largest source of income is money sent home from illegals in the US),  for the most part they do not pay taxes and they lower the standard of living in the areas they live.  SO I am for an deport upon identification process, where if they show up for a social service (drivers license, hospital visit, register their kids for school etc...) they will be detained and deported, this would be more effective than a hunt and deport strategy and cost less to boot.  I also believe the fed should enforce current immigration laws that punish those that do employ illegals.

I believe in a free America that is open to the oppressed around the world.  But if you can't sign the guest book on your way in, then get out.

You are saying that illegals that come here, create corporations that employ people and actually make money for the economy through manufacturing job and making products that we export overseas ?

Reality is that many come here and siphon money out of our system.  The lag on the system is 100's of times greater than anything that they really add.

So, let's change it up a little.  How about all those in favor of lettings anyone in the country without background checks or without evening going through the proper gate, pay for all the welfare and unpaid hospital bills, as well as, all the property damage that is caused by illegals running through crops and damaging land.  Let's also have you pay retribution to all the victims of crimes committed by illegals, not just for the million that have been caught but for all the 90% other crimes they commit where no one is caught.

Let's do that...okay ?

That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.  Are you really deluded enough to think that people hate illegal immigrants because we are racists?  We don't want them here illegally.  They broke the law.  They should not be rewarded for breaking the law.  What I don't understand is why many of you pro illegal people seem to think that this is about race or culture.  You are so short sighted and closed minded that it really is pathetic.  Illegal immigration costs our country billions of dollars.  Think I am wrong?  I suggest you do a little research on the cost to schools, police, hospitals, and other public services.  Not only that, but they depress wages because they generally work for less money.  I say go after the employers that hire these people and the problem will take care of itself.

EDIT:  I am well aware that some do pay into SS.  If you would actually look into the figures, you will find out that they are still draining more than they put in.  It is a fact.  Also, they do not help the economy as most of their money is sent back home.

Think you over-estimate the benefits that illegals have in this country!!!!   How about the billions/trillions in dollars that Americans have to pay because:

Illegals don't pay state, federal, social security or property taxes

Illegals increase crime rates

Illegals don't pay for their medical costs

Children of illegals put a financial burden on our education system

Illegals bring down house property values
