Who agrees with me that YU-GI-OH is the number one card game in the world.?

I've seen tons of questions saying is yugioh better than pokemon and so on.but I just want to see how many people agree.

ok i will prove to you why i should be best answer. not only is it the number one most popular card game out right now, with over 25 million players, but i think it has been the basis for almost every card game that came out afterwards. i mean duel masters? cmon replace a few letters and you get duel monsters, what the game is called in the shows.we currently have 52 different booster packs to choose from and not to mention over 50,000 different cards you can get to improve your game. in fact, to my knowledge, we are the ONLY card game wich had to ban certain cards for being too freaking good to use. and that is why yu-gi-oh is the motherfluffing best card game EVER MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

I believe it is #1...tied with Magic: The Gathering. Pokemon card game should just go ahead and die. So can Chaotic.

I love yu-gi-oh! I have never played pokemon though. however, I don't know if it's the #1 card game since yu-gi-oh cards can use up a lot of money trying to get a card in a booster pack or deck (which is why I buy singles online,) while other fun ones you only need the 52 cards in your deck and you won't have a better or worse deck than your opponent. However, since there are only 52, you don't get the fun experience of playing against some card you never heard of and figuring out a way to stop/destroy it. And in normal card games you can't trade cards, so yeah, I'd say that yu-gi-oh is at least top 10.

My brother used to play yu-gi-oh did'nt like it and now he is playing pokemon. He thinks the creatures and the movies are better. so I'd have to agree with him. plus I'm a girl. . .  so I don't like all the freaky creatures in yu-gi-oh. pokemon is more friendly.

Yu-Gi-Oh is very fun indeed, and I do certainly agree that the Yu-Gi-Oh card game is much better than the Pokémon Card Game.  Of course, I like the Pokémon games more than the Yu-Gi-Oh ones, but that's beside the point.  I can't really agree with the fact that the Yu-Gi-Oh card games is the best card game in the world -- it competes much with the regular poker and whatever games can be played in a regular 52 card deck with the cards running from 2-Ace (I think you get it).  Then again, I don't play those kind of games and gambling stuff like that, so I like Yu-Gi-Oh more.
