Who am I better off with?

My mom - Promiscuous,Yells at me for no reason,Has her friends sleepover for a really long time and they invade my personal space,Cusses all the time,Treats me and my brothers like ****,Use to have drug problem,Went to rehab,Never home,Makes me leave the house on weekends and come back late so she can go out and have me look at it as a privilege to be out,Makes me like her boyfriends,Changes in front of me which I find gross,Wont have the school give me an oppurtunity transfer so I can change schools because im not doing good which is stupid because im changing schools to start fresh,Never notices my drug problem,Use to hit me and my little brother in her drug years and also after that.Prefers her friends,Said her boyfriend is my new dad.

P.S. i dont want to tell the cops because I sadly love her

but can i go to social services on my own.I'd like to live with my dad

hes a nice guy and loves me and my brother very much but my mom always pushes him away and cusses at him and threatens

to call police on him for supposubly hitting her.

write your mom a letter telling her how shes hurting you and damaging you emotionally. and in the letter state youd like to spend more time with your dad. and also in the letter state if she reacts furiously and badly its going to cause you more pain, and leave it somewhere where she can read it when your not around

i personally think u and ur lil brother need to get out of there, whether u luv her or not, once she has  changed get bck into contact with her, but u have to think of your safty and your lil bro's! good luk!
