I played for my country as a right handed batdman & right arm off-break bowler. After catching a batsman on one occasion, I caused a very peculiar entry to be entered on the score sheet.I have now retired from international cricket. Who am I, where was I born, state/county/area, and my birth date.

  1. Geoff Marsh

  2. The answer is Peter Willey

He played for england as a right-handed batsmen and right arm offbreak.

He was born on December 6, 1949 England, Sedgefield, County Durham

The incident you are refering to must be when Peter Willey caught Dennis Lillee off the bowling of Graham Dilley which meant the scorecard read:

    "Lillee c Willey b Dilley"

Peter Willey has to be the answer because out of these three he's the only to bowl off-breaks as stated in your question

  3. um this is kinda a weird question! I'm just gonna take a guess but I think that you are from either Australia or Canada! Also I think you were born on June 1st! Am I right???

  4. Mark Waugh

  5. Is this something to do with Peter Willey and michael Holding? The famous "caught Holding bowled Willey" legend, or something like that??

This was from county cricket of course, as Willey played for England.
