Who among us girls HATES hormonal mood swings?

Question

Just before the time of the month i turn into the most vicious, nasty, abusive *****. EVER. And i HATE the fact that i can't control it, but its a result of some stupid chemicals in my body. My step mom has even suggested i go to the Docs.

Who else knows what i'm on about?

It could be worse, I always start crying for no apparent reason...usually in front of people! :-(

Hormones are just a pain full stop. I know other girls that get weepy, girls that get angry, feel completely exhausted and some that just get really hungry for sweets!

My Mum has it worst of people I know though...she used to pass out!

Point is you're definitely not alone on this one!

I hate it soooo much!

I apologize to my partner in advance so he knows to laugh at me when i start getting touchy about not having no sugar in my tea.. for example! haha

Hehe i may be a male but i do hate em :)

My GF usually ends up almost breaking up with me about the same time each month :) Luckily im now getting the hang of predicting when i shouldnt make little jokes or very slight mistakes =D

i really hate it when im hormonal bcoz sometimes i can be ok then i start crying over nothing, i must be a right pain in the *** though i always say bad things to my boyfriend even though i dont mean them, sometimes lil things annoy me and i flip or get weepy and theres nothing i can do

I get that too, so I know where you're coming from. But when I get my mood swings, I turn into a sad, depressed, lonely person. Sometimes I even get angry at everyone and everything around me and snap at them. I hate it that I can't stop myself, it's like the mood swings have taken over my body.

ugh! totally, im the same. i yell at my parents, snap at my friends, and cry on the shoulder of my rather surprised crush...lol. they suck. badly lol

yea.. i hate them too im the same way , just the other day i screamed at my mom because there was a dirty dish in the with all the clean ones . it was soo stuppid i couldnt believe how mad i got over a dirty dish !

Same! i feel so grogy i can be really happy one minute sad the next then giggly!!!! hormones. im like a horonal hurricane at the mo!

Its that bad.... alll i seem to do is moan MOAN moan.

Im not too bad before the time of the month its in between its so annoyingot being able to do stuff and having cramps...I go moody annoying and agitating!

Boys dont get it too bad... us girls get it all! still Id much rather be a girl!

yes!

i actually go crazy about a week a week and a half before my period. i'll cry/laugh at anything, have no motivation for anything, feel like the world is ganging up on me, not get out of bed for days, be the worst girlfriend in the world (often i'll start hitting my boyfriend over the silliest things) and then i'm fine for a few days then  i come on. i hate it.
