Those are the most important trade partners.  Sure a lot of nations trade with Panama directly or indirectly as more than half of the world's goods transit through the Panama Canal.

The USA is one believe it or not.They provide Panama with money since the dollar is what's used there.

The US used to be. Back around 2000 they wanted us out and we turned over the canal to them. Our military bases are also gone. I liked being in Panama and I may visit again but I dont thi9nk they liked us much.
