Who are Rezko (sp?) and Ayers as they relate to Obama - serious question...?

I've heard the names and from what everyone says, they're bad people who Obama was somehow involved with at some point. Can I get a little more info please?

Rezko is a convicted criminal who made questionable financial deals with Obama in Chicago.  (In effect he paid for Obama's house in return for political favors.)

Ayers is a convicted terrorist who Obama associated with for over a decade - and in fact launched his political career in the man's living room.

The amusing thing is that because of the associations - Obama can never qualify for a US security clearnace.

Rezko was under a federal investigation and he was found guilt but had absolutely zero ties to Obama in any of the illegal activity.

Ayers once donated $200 to Obama campaign but that has been the only contact between the two.  Ayers was also arrested for activist actions (bomb threats) about 40 years ago but has since been a noted and well respected college professor.
