Who are friendliest people on vacation?

When you go on holdiday(vacation),which nationality of fellow tourists are the friendliest? and who are the most unfriendly?

i think the friendliest are probably the south african's but depends cause some times they can be really buggers...

I also think the portuguese are quite friendly...

but the unfriendly people who i think are the Chinese(Japanese)...
