Who are going to stop the super saints ? what a season in super league ! ?

we have won every trophy and award that any team could possibly win in any one super league season ! will this ever be equalled ? are they the greatest super league team ever ?

You HAVE NOT won every trophy available....for that you will have to beat Brisbane to become World Champions, Bradford did it in 2003 beating Leeds in the Challenge Cup, Finishing as Minor Premiers above Leeds and whitewashing Wigan in the Grand Final, they then went on to beat Penrith Panthers in the WCC at the McAlpine (Now Galpharm Stadium) in Huddersfield. So actually mate, IF you beat a VERY strong Brisbane team in the WCC and become Champions of the World....THEN you will have won everything in one season, thus YOU will be equalling a record ALREADY set by, in my opinion the best club super league has seen, The Bradford Bulls.

The best Team Super Leage has ever seen is the Bradford side who won the 2003/4 Quad.

This was a team which included the likes of :

Jamie Peacock

Paul Deacon

Mike Forshaw

Tevita Vaikona

Scott Naylor

All players who are Legends of the modern game. To me, THEY are the best Team ever seen.

saints have had a great season but i dont see then been the best team in superleague for one i think that Wakefeild even since john Kear has taken over they was like a different team and then wigan they have turned around since the arriaval of Brain noble. Catalans have just been Catalans lol noguht else to describe them. Cas unluckly going down with 11 points but they have had a good season back with us also Saints winning everythink that  was on offer and then bradford , Leeds and warrington and solfold have all had good seasons and then Hull was so close to winning and they played a good game against Saints.

So really i dont think that saints are the best they have a good season but so has ever other club in super legaue and just because they havent won nothink doesnt mean that they havent. All in all a good season for all the clubs and i cnt wait for next season

There's no denying Saints are a great team,i'm always nervous when we play them, but I'm pretty sure Bradford did the "Treble" before them! (2003) ;-)

Like others answers said, teams like Bradford, Leeds, Wigan haven't really challenged them for top spot as much as before because of up + down performances, well done to Hull for making 2nd spot, shame about the final.

Looking forward to seeing Wigan start off a full season under Nobby, although not looking forward to playing them!!

YES. Should have won Superleague last season but were robbed by injury. Still, look out Widnes Vikings will be challenging Saints within 3 years (ha! ha!)

Saints have had a fantastic Season this year and nobody ever looked as if they were going to stop Saints from taking the super league crown back to Knowsley road.    However In my opinion they are not the greatest super league team ever,  That would have to go to Bradford Bulls.    As for the awards they dont really mean much to a team do they?   They are more personal.

Next season should be a cracker If Wigan can compete to a high level,    I do miss a competative Saints Vs Wigan Derby.

I really think Wigan will be a strong force next season and there should be a lot of teams fighting for the title.   There will be some belting games.   Saints Vs Wigan,  Bulls Vs Rhinos, And Of course the Hull Derby,  Hull FC Vs Hull KR,   The last one will be a smasher, Even if KR are at the bottom of the table,    Then of course there is Warrington to be considerd as the have recruited well,  Adrian Morley and Paul Johnson, Both GB internationals.

I cant Wait for the new season already but even more I cant wait for the NRL season to kick off.

They have been the outstanding team this season without a doubt, but because they won all three titles that does not make the the greatest ever in SL. This season has seen the most mediocre performances outside the top two team. The side that finished bottom got a record number of points, Wigan were just plain embarrassing before Nobles arrival, Bradford were terribly inconsistent never really hitting top gear, Leeds seem to know what they were meant to be doing in many games, Salford made the play offs, and Warrington looked pretty good or just plain awful.

If the season had a strong Bradford, Leeds, Wigan things could have been very different. So  best ever in SL, I doubt it. Be relieved the Bradford never made the Grand Final.

Huddersfield in the CC Cup  final and the dullest team in the Grand Final I am sure Anderson would have been so very happy with those opponents at the beginning of the season.
