Who are more concieted libras, or leos?

im a sun and rising leo, and although my traits are supposed to be the concieted , cocky no it all , im quite modest, my libra friend on the other hand seems to be the concieted one, she always thinks people want her, and whenever someone looks at us as a group, she assumes that they were speaking or smiling at her, when we go out to the club as a group with others, she talks about her mouth piece and how she can pull anybody, or how so and so wants her, and is looking at her, and we all laugh, cuz its not true, it would be different if she was right , but she kinda like the joke at the table, cuz she gets overlooked, or the situation is never what she blows it up to be, im not trying to hate, and i get just as much as attention as she gets, but the attention i get is real, and i dont try as hard, she never lets people come to her, she likes to run to them all the time, and im glad she has confidence, but for her to assume that she is the party starter everywhere she goes, is a bit much, is this normal behavior for a libra

Leo's usually are more conceited  but they usually don't know it. Libra are conceited and they do know it.

May be Ur libra friend has too much Leo signs in her natal chart and u have a lot of earth or water signs in ur chart.

U can't stereotype every libras are like that.. Each and everyone is unique and different in their own way..

Talking about the zodiac and not using people for examples..both Libra and Leo are both 'conceited' to a certain level. I knew a similar Libra girl like the one who you're talking about..heck..she was my best friend, but she was also very insecure. And hey, I think your Libra friend is too, but that doesn't mean every Libra in the world is the same way. You should look at all the aspects in ones unique chart and understand it before judging their whole being on their sun sign.
