I have very long blonde hair that goes to about halfway down my back... and I'm tall...

So who are some well-known blonde anime/manga characters that I could dress up as for an Anime Convention?

I've got long blond hair too. I cosplayed as Rangiku Matsumoto from Bleach.  You could put in some light red dye if you want, it would be easy, but on the other hand if you look at any of the figures or other merch, her hair is a dark blonde.

Also Sir Integra Hellsing, from Hellsing. She is freakin awesome and if you could find a green suit at a thrift store or something it'd be a cheap and easy costume.
