  1. Lights out Toney

  2. Currently, the only one I can think of is James Toney.  Some sites have him listed as 5'10'', while others have him listed as 5'9'', either way he is very short for a heavyweight.  He started his pro career out as a middleweight, but gradually moved up and is currently campaigning as a heavyweight.  He won a title at heavyweight from John Ruiz back in 2005, but was stripped shortly thereafter for testing positive for steroids.

In the past, there was Tommy Burns who was the former heavyweight champion of the world.  He stood 5'7''.  Sam Langford stood 5'8''.  Langford never held any world title, but only because he was never given the opportunity; he is arguably the greatest fighter to never have won a world title.
