Who are some good up and coming fighters in the welterweight division?

Berto and Clottey are good up and comers and despite having a belt and only recording one loss to Miguel Cotto I dont think Carlos Quintana gets his just do's.

The best up and coming welterweight that I can think of is definately Andre Berto.  He currently has an undefeated record of 21-0, 18 KOs and he has steadily been increasing his level of opposition.  His first step up was when he faced Norberto Bravo from "The Contender" and Berto annihalated him in the first round.  His first REAL test was when he faced the fringe contender Cosme Rivera and was dropped.  He got up though and went on to win the fight handily- everyone has a bump in the road sometimes and its probably a good thing that he was dropped in this fight because it was a learning experience.  And most recently he beat the tough contender David Estrada and dominated him to get the TKO win and then he dominated Michel Trabant to get another TKO win.  His upcoming fight is against Miguel Rodriguez in a WBC eliminator on June 21st.  He is definately someone to watch out for and I believe that he will get a world title in the somewhat near future

Berto is THE up-and-coming welter.  He's not only one h**l of a fighter (power and defense). . . he's a truly great guy.

Andre Berto, Juilo Cesar Chavez Jr., Joshua Clottey, Luis Collazo, and Paul Williams. I think Joshua Clottey and Andre Berto are the best of the lot.
