Only other one I can think of is Earl Campbell leaving the Oilers and finishing with the Saints.

Every single one of them.  These guys don't know when to hang it up.  I think Montana did the best but even he lost in the playoffs.  The same thing will happen to Favre.  Those who don't remember history are destined to repeat it.
