Many of them come to mind. R&B is my second favorite genre of music, my favorite being Reggae. There are 1990's R&B groups such as En Vogue, TLC, SWV, Brownstone, Total, Boyz II Men, Silk, Shai, P.M. Dawn, Ebony Vibe Everlasting(even thought they only had one song, called "Groove of love"), Blackstreet and Pure Soul(who only had about two songs, one of them being a cover of an old song).

I do like a lot of today's artists, but I am an 80's baby, and I just miss the sound of acts that were around when I was younger.

Artists of today that I enjoy listening to include Alicia Keys, Keyshia Cole, Mary J Blige(who has been in putting out music for about 17 years), Raheem Devaughn and Music Soulchild.

Of course I can never leave out oldies from artists such as Marvin Gaye, Barry White, The O Jays, Switch, James Ingram, George Benson and Al Green who was this year's Lifetime Achievement Honoree at the BET Awards this year. He brought the house down and I really enjoyed hearing him and the other artistes perform his songs.

That would take forever for me to list 'em here, so i'll just list some of my favourite genres. I despise Rap and R&B and i rarely listen to Reggae/Dancehall. I mostly listen to rock and EDM. I also don't discriminate with my music so i listen to music from any country in the world. It doesn't matter if i can't understand what the artists are saying, as long as i like the beat every thing's fine :) I do look up the lyrics afterwards though and forget them almost instantly lol. I listen to a lot of JRock (Japan) and some of my fave artists are Gackt, The Pilllows, Uverworld, Asian Kung Fu Generation, BUCK-TICK, etc...I also listen to a lot of Industrial German rock bands like Rammstein, Oomph!, Unheilig, Megaherz, Eisbrecher, etc... So my musical tastes are extremely varied. I listen to classical music upon occasion and also a bit of opera (RIP Pavarotti), I also listen to New Age artists like Enya.
