Thought of quantifying the career performances of English Test Match bowlers and give them marks on a 0-100 scale. This will indicate the relative bowling performance 'per match'. It will enable you to relatively place one bowler above another.

We should eliminate those players who have played less than 20 matches (some great players were left out, sorry) and select the best from the remaining. There are 108 such test match bowlers.
