Muhammad Ali: He fought in the golden era of boxing against some of the greatest boxers of all time, he was stripped of his title for refusing to go against his beliefs, he returned after three years against many odds, lost to frazier,but came back to win the title against George Foreman, one of the most feared and most powerful hitters the world has ever seen, he held the title for many years after that before losing again and regaining it in his late thirties  for a third time, he defeated half of his competition when he was well past his prime and showed the world that with enough will power nothing is impossible. He helped make boxing even more famous around the world and his place in boxing history cannot be denied

Sugar Ray Robinson: Lol this is the man known as every boxer's favorite boxer,he is considered the best pound for pound fighter ever by many boxing experts (i personally prefer charley burley...but that's just my opinion), he fought some of the best fighters boxing has ever seen and defeated them (oftem more than once) in his prime he dominated his division with an iron fist and his skills quickly prompted boxing experts to create a pound for pound title to recognize non heavy weight champions, he fought hundreds of fight and came out victories most of the time, as far as boxing goes he was a complete package, he had vicious knock out power in either hand, he was fast, he had amazing foot work, great stamina,great chin, great ring vision and reflexes and he had the heart to match all these talents, the only other boxer who could have contended for robinson's spto was charley burley but unfortunately he never got a shot (robinson ducked him), he held the title for many years and showed the world what the best pound for pound fighter ought to be like.

Joe louis: prior to the rise of Ali many considered Joe louis the greatest heavy weight of all time, he was so good that he made his opponents look like bums in the ring (which was unfair because a lot of his opponents were actually good), in my opinion he was the first modern heavyweight champion, he had great technique and knew how to figure out his opponents, he defended his title a record 25 times and came out victorious, he held the title for 11 years and faced everyone that came his way, his place in boxing history and the hearts of many fans is simply unquestionable.
