In the Dark Knight, Batman is blamed for 5 of Two Faces murders (according to Commissioner Gordon). There is the gangster and his driver in the flipped car and the dirty cop in the bar. Who are the other 2?

First he supposedly killed one of the two guards watching Harvey then he killed the mob boss (Salvatore Maroni) and his driver then the dirty cop (Detective Wuertz)  then Harvey. Thats what they work out anyway.
