Edmonton Eskimos for sure. Calgary and Edmonton hate each other. Second I would say the Argo's everyone hates the Argos.

I am Eskies fan and raised in Etown, so I know for sure that Calgary and Edmonton is the biggest rivalry in sports.

More so in NHL, but CFL is also best rivalry.

edmonton eskimos actually calgary and edmonton are rivals in pretty much every sport hockey rivalry between calgary and edmonton is intense

Cowtown has always been jealous of Edmonton, We are the capital with the more successfull hockey and football teams. The Stampcheaters are the Eskies biggest rivals.

Edmonton, first and foremost.

I'd also mention Saskatchewan, to a lesser extent.  Lots of Roughrider fans have left their home province to make a better living for themselves in Calgary, and McMahon Stadium always sells out whenever the Riders come to town.

I would have to say that the Stamps' biggest rivals are the Edmonton Eskimos, by far, as both Calgary and Edmonton have been going at each other for quite a number of years, even predating the CFL, as Canadian Pacific Railway's route runs through Calgary, wheras Edmonton was selected as the provincial capitol years later.

Also, Calgary is more of a conservative city, while Edmonton leans toward the "Grits" (Liberals), if you will.

sure they have a history with the Riders, and Lions but the Battle of Alberta is where it's at!

Other than that... Everyone hates Rider fans.. they are like newfies... they just pop up out of everywhere!
