i don't think they are olympic athletes.  no olympic athlete can eat at mcdonald's and still be able to train.

They're just no name actors dressed as athletes.  Either McDonald's would have used athletes that were easily recognizable or they would have identified them with a screen graphic if they were real Olympians.
