Who are the american's allies?

NATO countries are all aliies of each other by treaty...the Us has lost alot of respect and influence in NATO and the UN mainly because of Bush's invasion of Iraq when he couldn't produce any evidence of his claim that they had WMD, even after the UN had done their own independant inspections and found none, Bush went on his own anyway for he had his own agenda and was only trying to sucker other NATO countries into his scheme to control the oil reserves...most countries are just psuedo allies to gain acess to the US amrket to sell their products...

You should start by checking the website of the US State Department. You’ll find a wealth of information on US allies and strategic partners round the world. Many people seem to assume that counties allied with the US should blindly obey any and all requests and demands of the US. That is not an alliance. That is no more than the Russians claim the Soviet Union was an alliance with smaller nations when those nations had no power to govern themselves or make decisions contrary to those dictated by Moscow. Allies are nations that share your interests and in some respects your ideals but they retain their own individual systems of government, culture and traditions. Sometimes their views coincide with yours and other times they do not. But disagreement is not evidence of a loss of friendship or birth or hostility. Rather it is merely the natural result of free and equal partners acting in their own interests. Saudi Arabia for example is a US ally. But Saudi Arabia does not agree with every foreign policy decision of the US. That same goes for France, Britain and Japan. Allies are not slaves without a will of their own.

I think based on general history, America's ally are everywhere, big and small. These are the countries (allies) that have a good partnership with USA that dated back to long time ago;

South Korea

Israel

Australia

France

Singapore

There are more, but I'm afraid I don't have enough evidence to support it. Additionally, America has huge or major control over the UN, that itself, indirectly fosters ''alliance'' partnership whether certain country wants it or not. E.g Japan and Italy.
