probably the Japanese.  China, and mainland oriental asia has had a lot of government problems and such

Japanese for sure with Koreans being right up there.  Of course beauty being in the eye of the beholder "best" is highly subjective.

The Japanese are most respected though they aren't the most acheived. The Chinese threaten to take America's position as the worldpower and North Korea is too fiesty

The Japanese first because of the females they are called geisha  some say they are smarter and richer,  then Malaysia, and then the Koreans. I believed that beauty  lives inside of a person and if you look deep inside you will see it, but man looked at the out side and judge you from there. take care peace to you.
