  1. I know it is raining in Louisville right now, but unless it rains all day tomorrow, then the track will be listed as fast and not sloppy or muddy, but to answer your question it is big brown.

  2. You can't throw out every horse that runs on polytrack if the track is sloppy. They could excel in the mud just as another horse could.

Most of these horses have decent wet track breeding - at least there aren't many I'd toss based on a wet track.

If it is a little wet, I doubt it will be muddy or sloppy. It will only tighten the track up and make it faster (like the sand on the edge of the beach) - probably giving an advantage to horses on or near the lead.

  3. Big Brown

  4. The track is going to be trashed, put the money on Big Truck for the win.  His mother was a mudder!

  5. Pyro definately.  He ran a wonderful race in the Breeders Cup Juvenile last fall in the gooey sloppy mess.

Big Brown has a win over the sloppy track.

Tale of Ekati ran in that sloppy BC Juvie race and finished an onk 4th.

Absolutely not the polytrack horses... Colonel John has never been on an off track.  Since the synthetic tracks are designed to drain water, they never get sloppy.  Colonel John will be slipping around everywhere if the track comes up sloppy.

I'd say the same for Adriano who has had his best races over grass and synthetics.

A lot of them are wild cards because they've been on dirt but never on the slop.
