Stat-wise: The best one-two punch is Melo and A.I. But realistically, the best one two punch of today is Kobe Bryant and the Black Mamba. The two are unstoppable.

There's other duos such as TMac-Yao, but most of them are individual players and look to pad up their own stats without benefiting the team (see: Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony).

Nash and Stoudemire are an actual combination, they know how to work together. Nash is a top assist man and Stoudemire is a big time scorer cause they feed off each other's abilities
