  1. Basically divided into 2 groups. The bakers and the sales people. Bakers can be subdivided further into cake decorators and pandesal (pan of salt hehehe) specialists.

  2. I'm hoping that "bakeshop" is not some slang term that I don't know, and that you are asking about a bakery.  In the bakery that I work at, I am the donut maker and I make donuts.  We have a department head (the bakery is in a supermarket) who does the supply ordering for bakery and the employee schedules and also bakes and does the inventory.  We have two cake decorators, who decorate cakes.  We have two bread and roll bakers.  We have three pastry/cookie/muffin/pie bakers.  That's it where I work.  I have a friend who opened her OWN bakery three years ago, and she does everything there as she can't afford to pay an employee.

  3. chief baker - over all in charge in making pastries...(recipies, quantity to make, what to make)

baker & baker helper - in charge in preparation of the dough & baking the dough...

cashier & saleslady - in charge in customer service (selling, preparation in the display window)

of course the store in-charge....from the word itself you know what is the function of this position...

    ayos?
